How to install and customize Windows 11 without an Internet connection and a Microsoft account

If you do not have an Internet connection or do not want to create an MSA account, follow these instructions:

1) Disconnect the Internet by “pulling” the wire from the Internet or temporarily disconnecting WIFI

2) When prompted to connect to the Internet, open a command prompt by pressing Shift+F10 or Shift+Fn+F10.

3) Run the command oobe\bypassnro and press Enter. This will bypass the oobe process, which is required to configure Windows after the OS is installed.

4) After disconnecting the internet, click on “I have no internet”

Once these steps are completed, Windows will start. It will be possible to use the PC without MSA.

After completing the installation, you will be able to configure the network connection. However, you will not be able to use some services. These include the Microsoft Store, Xbox ecosystem, Connect with Phone, Microsoft Office, and more.
